I found this on Pinterest just earlier today and I realized it’s something I need to work on. I do really well with eating healthy, but then someone will ask if I want ice cream or a piece of chocolate and I always give in. Who doesn’t have cravings for sweets? I know this is destroying any good eating I do, though. Will these cravings ever go away? I think if I get better at turning down these little indulgences, it will get easier to stay away from them altogether.
